I had a great 11 year run in local TV news working multiple positions from newsgathering, post production and digital production. I worked through Sandy Hook, the Boston Marathon bombing, Hurricane Sandy, the first Trump election and COVID. I hung up the jersey and landed a PR and community relations manager level position for a hospital system and after 2 years I really dislike my boss and colleuges and feel my skills and talents are underutilized. Any advice on the next career move?

Heads up -- UHG just commenced mass layoffs within Sales and Network and other divisions. We're talking Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs axed. Next round is in November. Foreshadowing Recession!

Is it possible to link a title on a PowerPoint slide to other slides in the presentation? (Like how in Excel you can link to other cells so you don't have to keep filling in the same information)

For example, I have a title that has the format: date of meeting title of meeting. This is a weekly meeting so every week I have to manually change the date for 30+ slides. Any insights? Thank you!

My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year.
