I had a pretty disappointing experience interviewing with the Cimpress India Finance team. Went through 3 technical rounds (45 mins each) with finance managers and Head of Finance for 7 lpa job. Imagine Head of Finance is investing 45 mins to take my interview which was only 7 lpa in CTC. I got rejected after R3 stating my skills are better suited for another role.

If that was the case, why not flag it earlier? Why take me through multiple rounds just to say that?
