I would send a follow up. What’s the harm? Sometimes it takes companies awhile to make a decision. Go ahead and follow up and keep yourself in the running.
Yeah I think so too, just don’t wanna come across as desperate as sometimes companies don’t like it!
I generally send a follow-up email if I don't hear back in a week. I would definitely send a follow-up email. It doesn't hurt to reach out and see what they say.
Yeah I usually do but it’s quite a while!

Two weeks is still within reasonable follow up territory. Sending a short, polite check in can only help. It shows continued interest and professionalism. Silence does not always mean they chose someone else, sometimes hiring just moves slower than expected.

Two weeks is still fair game for a follow up. Sometimes hiring just moves slower than they expect, especially in hotels where schedules can get busy. A short, polite email shows you’re still interested and professional. Even if they chose someone else, it leaves a good impression.
Yeah I think so too! Even an email back would be appreciated 😭

Definitely send a follow up. It could be that they are still interviewing candidates. Keep your name in the running and let them know that you’re still interested
Yes! That’s true!
