I had an interview with Apple on Monday (first phone screen) which went really well. The recruiter said they wanted to fill the position immediately and I had to change my schedule to interview again the next week. However the recruiter has not sent me any information for the second interview, and I left a message that wasn't returned. Does this mean I didn't get the position? Is it tacky to keep following up?

Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?

I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager.
