I had just 1 basic interview with the delivery manager and got selected post attending in-person documents verification and received n offer letter too.


But I'm not sure whether to join or not as I have 7+ years of experience and if they put me on bench then I'll have to attend all 5 days from office which is not very convenient for me.

Can anyone faced similar experience or know someone who got offer letter just after 1 interview?

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

I have recieved an offer from cognizant and they have sent link of their portal to accept offer and complete document formalities. Can I go ahead and do this, even though I might not join the company later?

I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT. Is there any chance for changing the compensation again in cognizant? Will they be able to change the compensation again? Is it so then how to approach them.
