I had submitted my application at Ericsson, initially my application status was "Selection in progress" for about 1 week. Then it changes to "Application Review"

Since then it doesn't change for about 3 weeks
Can anybody please tell me what does it mean??
If you have gone through this process (status)??

Does it matter if you use the same examples for behavioral questions for first and second round interviews?

Can anyone please suggest which would be best to join:

Cognizant 6.5lpa (6.3 fixed) (0.2 variable)
Or
Sapient 8.5lpa

Sapient mentioned that if I give confirmation of joining they will increase to 9.5lpa before joining in offer.

Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I feel peeved that they wasted my time. Red flags?

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
