I have 11 days to study for BEC. Life happens 😔. Would I be able to get the studying done in this short time frame or should I just be a no-show?

COSO for sure, understand It controls
Know the contribution margin, break even analysis and first part of cost accounting.
Know the ratios and cycle.
Know the capm , Wacc and why they are important.

Night before/ morning read up on the writing part, I found a good template on Reddit.

Thank you!! This is helpful!!

How many hours do you have left to study? You can pass the exam in a week, if you really actually try. At this point it’s just about reading summary notes and then just doing MC questions until you drop. Your learning will come from failing those MC questions but learning why you’re wrong.

It’s doable, but you do need actual time.

Thank you!! I am pretty much starting from scratch. I have a client deadline this week and then I should be free again to study. Thanks for this advice!

You can do it!! I just did this a couple of months ago. Studied for a total of 3 weeks

Reschedule?

My NTS expires a day or so after I sit for the exam. It’s the latest I can take it

There are 8 day cram courses that you can take

Thank you so much!!

Yes can 100% pass BEC in that time frame. Use the blueprints to narrow down the heavier tested items and align your study priorities that way

uplifting

They can also be easily mapped to Beckers modules if you go to the blueprint at the bottom of the home page and it’ll take you to the exact sections the blueprint relates to

I just passed in 12 days, hammer the first 2 COSO sections, then the IT section one BEC6. Just passed it last month and majority of my exam was these 2 subjects. Cost accounting and ECON are pretty basic knowledge

I’ve taken FAR a few times at this point. I got two 74s and this past one I got a 70. I felt like the last exam (which was a few weeks ago) was extremely harder than the other ones. Has anyone else noticed the exam getting extremely tough? Or do you think I just got a one off?

California peeps. I have a feeling I failed FAR, which is my last exam, but my score isn’t released until May 11. Can I submit the reapplication with the CA Board of Accountancy to speed up the retake and NTS process in case I failed? Or do I need to get my exam score first? I need to pass by mid June, else my REG score expires, hence the rush to resubmit the re-application.

So Becker was supposed to charge me $600 to update for unlimited access since my account was due to expire in March. I called them in December to make payment.
