I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. They will charge 72k for this and 2k for profile investigation. They claim that under work permit, accomodation, travel cost, meal will be borne by employer for whole work visa tenure along with salary as per profile and market standard.
Are they legit ?
Should i proceed with them ?
