I have 3.7 years of experience as a Python Developer, and I completed my interview with LTI Mindtree on 28th July. However, I haven’t received any further communication from them yet. When I checked the candidate portal, the status still shows as "L1 Interview." Could you please let me know whether I’ve qualified for the next round or not? For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
