I have 3 years of experience as a Backend developer, I interviewed for EY but received an offer letter from SRB ,members firm of EY.
They put me in the assurance service line but I found assurance that it is a CA firm , so as an engineer what type of work I will get ,what is my role as a developer in the assurance audit line ..

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.
YOE: 6
CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.
