I have 3–4 years of experience as a full stack developer working mainly on a monolithic application, but most of my work is issue fixing and change requests rather than new feature development.
My current company is offering a retention of 8–9 LPA, while I have an offer from EY GDS for 6.4 LPA as a Senior Software Engineer in the Middleware Solutions team.
From a long-term perspective (skills, resume value, and switching to product or GCC companies), which option would be better?
