I have 6 yoe as a java developer, current ctc 12.25 lpa. I am going to join other company in two days, they are offering 21 lpa at HCL

But I feel people are getting better offers and I did not negotiate well and kept my expected ctc low. I could have asked for 24 lpa

Is my ctc according to the market or I should have asked for more?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL
