I have 7 years of experince as a Business Manager in DB/HSBC, and 7 years of PMO experince in Accenture Tech. Howeever the career is stagnent now. Me being at 42 thinking to move to Consulting for better outome of my life and better rewards. Any guidance or suggestions?

I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.

Has an tested roles for SAP through productive test simulation within production? Is there any risk doing this as the test is in production?

Office may be inaugurated by 15th of August, Seating Capacity might be 250 as of now. For Audit Dept 50 seats will be there.
I want to know if WFH can be extended for few months unless proper seating capacities are confirmed.
