But the job I am not liking at all ..
So planning to start looking for a job and Target big 4 only, as far I know other companies tcs/Accenture will not even match my current CTC in Kolkata location.

Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries.
