I have a 1-month-old baby and want to go somewhere nearby for a change. I’m wondering if it won’t be too much hassle, and I can just enjoy some time.

What are you looking for?

A cup of coffee?

A stroller walk around the park?

Do you mean on an out of town trip?

Yes

Looking for out of town trip

Going solo? In general, babies are easy until they become mobile. How much you tote for a trip is very much a you thing. In general, they need clothes, diapers and you ( and food if you aren't nursing)

How much you will enjoy it depends on what you want to do. Enjoy the outdoors... as long as you aren't wanting rock climbing, very doable. Strolling through shops, yes. Pretty much anything low-key is enjoyable with a 1 month old.

Once they get mobile, it's much trickier.

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Will it look like I took the easy way out if I chose my segment? They know it’s my current audience and has been for 8 yrs. Would love to hear your thoughts!

DE&I is now a core leadership competency. If you are managing diverse talent, it’s important to understand what the term “privilege” means within a DE&I context so you can lead your team to higher levels of inclusivity+develop optimal strategies for solutioning around team issues/challenges. Everyone has some aspect of privilege depending upon the context. Privilege means the absence of obstacles/barriers, not necessarily the presence of perks. Though some would say *that* itself is a perk.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job.
