I have an amazing letter of recommendation from a vet I worked with 5 years ago. However, I haven’t talked to her since. Is it still ok to use the letter?

Yes, it is still okay to use the letter. Although you haven't talked to her recently, she knows your skills and abilities well, so her letter would be a valuable asset.

Yes, it is still okay to use the letter. It's always best to reach out to your reference and ensure they are still comfortable with you using their letter, but if you haven't been able to reach them, the letter is still usable. Just be sure to update any contact information in the letter if it has changed.

Of course yes, what's more, I think that person would feel flattered because you still have the letter, I wish you luck in your job search.

Sure you can, but reach out to her first. She may not even remember writing the letter, so a heads up is important.
