I have an offer from Infosys for Quality Engineering Lead (Level 5) at 20 LPA with 15% variable.

I also have another offer from TCS – Associate Consultant at 25 LPA.

I am more inclined towards Infosys and don’t want to join TCS for now.

Has anyone here seen Infosys making a counter offer closer to 25 LPA or above at Level 5 QE roles?

What is the realistic max they negotiate for this level?
