Hi folks,
I am going through interview process in Nielseniq currently for Big data engineer role.
Total Yoe - 3.3 years
Current salary - 15 + 1 Lpa approx.
Joined Sapient only six months back.
Can someone provide your reviews so far about the company, mainly looking for learning, wlb can be compromised a bit.
Also, what should be the general expected salary for the role and tech in NielsenIQ ?

Both are bakwaas companies where they give package while entering however no appraisal after… join if you are looking for onsite else try for other
What would you do in this situation? Join none and sit in current job with lower pay while waiting for another opportunity?

I think tcs is better in terms of job security but here package difference of 2 lakh which might take in tcs 2 years to reach
Who told you, TCS is no more secure govt kind of. He started now paying well because to fire well on time. 35 days bench policy is still onn they mean it just rephrase in policy book.

Both of them are almost same.
2 lakhs wont make lot of difference in long run.
Choose the one that is closer to you.
Coz everything else is almost same.
Both had variable of 12% or more than that. Mostly you won't get that as 100%. Please check and then take decision
I would say naah to both.
Check the other factors like the notice period. My friend is stuck with one of theseas he has 3 months notice period. At time of joining it seems easy but if you change job in future it is very hard to manage 3 months finances.

What is the base salary offered in both? Overall LTI is a good option to go with.
I have 17 YOE I am not getting a single call. How did you manage to get 2 offers?
I am too facing similar issues, HRs are ghosting like anything. No matter if you cleared interviews they won't respond you back.
1. We developer/qa/leads/architects brings or built business for companies & ruled, govern by low IQ HRs/TA who ask do you how many YOE in java looking at the CV of Javascript developer.
2. Our salaries decided by these foolish ppl who don't have any clue on business and as a result loose in critical developer.
3. People should stop leg pulling dramatizing 25LPA or 30 LPA is huge salary practically a middle class will never get rich with this much, rather keep paying emis and outstanding dues.
