I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

I am looking for a job and already on NP. Holding an offer of 23.5 LPA fixed and current CTC is 17 LPA fixed. Am I still under paid? And how much would a realistic target CTC for 9 YOE in .Net Full-stack?
