Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Sign on bonus has some wiggle room but everything else is standard
AFAIK literally nothing of the things you mention. For general track (non expert track), everything is fixed and equal across all NA (obviously bonus depends on performance, but ranges are fixed)
Careful with adding tenure. Laterals can have a tough time in the beginning, so you’d lessen the runway you have to show good performance.

Could maybe negotiate on tenure also - so speed to promotion might be open to negotiation
Signing bonus. Everything else is standard by tenure and nonnegotiable. BCG is oddly transparent about comp.
From what I have seen 10% is on the higher end. The exception is MBA hires which tend to get a bit more on the sign on bonus side
Only sign on
Try and come in as expert principal if you can.. salary is significantly higher and you can negotiate
