Hello! Congrats on the interview! So well, I have done many different interviews, I’ve also hired people for retail locations. So here’s a couple of questions that you may want to have the answers prepared for because really what this is gonna boil down to is customer service type questions. So what they’re going to likely ask is something along the lines of “giving an example of a time where a customer needed an out of stock item, how did you handle it?” There’s going to be probably questions about upset customers probably examples of how you would make an upset customer happy, and

I have never interviewed for Kohls, but make sure you let us know how it goes! Good luck! I have done a lot of retail interviews though, and most of them ask very similar questions like explain how you've dealt with conflict in the workplace, where you see yourself in five years etc etc. I would do some interview practice with Chatgpt.

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Been in house for 5 years with current company (practice for 7), considering a move to a firm that is mid size but on big law pay scale - firm claims to be big on work/life balance. I’m helping my GF with excel and need help lol. She works at a hospital and is trying to make an excel schedule for doctors to reserve rooms. She wants drop downs for days of the week (column K) and also different drop down menus in column P for the reserved time slots.

Is it possible to do this with two sets of drop downs (days of week + time slots) and not use index match here? She could make 5 tables for each day of the week, but prefers one table that can be easily navigated by doctors.
