I have been in ID for the last 3 years as a 4-year attorney in FL. I want to transition to a new area of law. However, I have been having difficulty getting callbacks from firms that are not in ID. Any advice on how to transition out? I am even considering taking another bar exam because FL appears to focus heavily on ID.

Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

Entity A and B have a partnership such that me working for entity B will create conflict of interest.
