I have been in the restaurant industry since 1999. I have explored other avenues, (cosmetology school, finishing a 4 yr degree in education), yet find myself staying in the industry. I am now 46 and starting to feel the stress on my body. I want to transition into another career path that is more sustainable and maybe has benefits. I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility.
