I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I’m seeing most of the commission only jobs are mainly cold call sales. Is that the industry norm? I’ve only done inside sales salary + commission.

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I recently learned that we can get our PPF limit from 1.5Lakh per year increased and so does it increase in 80C. Is that true? And if yes, how can it be done?

Do you submit fake rental receipts and owner pan card detail for HRA? Is it normal ? I see most people does in my team. They submit parents or spouse pan card number as owner pan card number to get HRA. Is it same everywhere?
