I have been interviewed with Barclays and a2 rounds completed 1 round virtual and another round F2F.
Both rounds went well after a week i got an update profile and went on hold.
Still I'm not sure it's my profile only went on Hold or the entire position went on Hold?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
