Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro
I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter
PS: I will be released early as I am sitting idle in the project..one guy in the project got early release.

TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?

I was laid off in feb. zero interviews given so far.
I don't know why I can't comment with my last designation but fine.
Market is not actually bad it's a situation purposely created to weed out people with less skills. I've been out of work since March 2026 but after May i realised that this situation has been created by companies deliberately. I saw a LinkedIn trick and tried it and since I've gotten 13 interviews ( because I'm being selective about this) all in product based companies. II'll be joining Barclays soon with this trick. the trick is connectivity most of you might say what's so tricky about it. For someone whose out of a job today it's a good trick talk to people who post jobs or people within the company whose jobs you are applying to, show them your skills, ask for referral and boom you will be shortlisted for an interview rest is all in your hands. This really worked for me so try it if might help you. I connected with many people and learnt about the job situation as there is need for skilled people as with AI most beginner jobs are easily automated.
I am also in QA with 11+years exp. Got laid off last year due to restructuring around july'25. I took an offer on a 3rd party payroll, because better to have something than nothing and it's been a year on the same role and applying in parallel eventhough getting less calls.
I would suggest even if there are freelancing, C2H or 3rd party offers, take them.. Don’t wait for permanent position roles.
But am struggling even to get freelance , third party or client to hire
I think.. it’s working only when there is some jugaad otherwise it seems impossible
