Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

Yeah the US3 are wholly uncompetitive to the top premium products in the sky and are priced similarly bc they know they’ll still be able to fill the cabin. It’s a racket
Bro that is like saying, I lived in a third world country my entire life and visited Bahamas. I would compare with some
Middle East airlines like Emirates for true competition
😂😂😂
Hi- I’m a dummy. What’s SQ?
I believe OP means Singapore Airlines
I am familiar with the sentiment. But overall US3 are no where compared to what other countries offer. IMO US carriers are just a tin flying in the sky
Pro
Polaris is solid hard product but the soft product isn’t even on the same planet as SQ’s. I’ve gotten to the point where if I’m making any connections in Europe, I prefer leveraging their 5th freedom flights to get there because it’s just worth it
Pro
They’re usually very competitively priced, too. I’m flying IAH <-> MAN in April for $1897pp in discount J on SQ. If I used points to fly Virgin Atlantic, I’d end up paying ~$1700 in taxes/fuel surcharges ON TOP OF points
I’ve never flown United Polaris or even premium economy even though I use it most of the time but back in 2019 I did premium
Economy to Singapore and business back to the US on Singapore Air. The 19 hours flew by in business class and I loved my bed. The meal was better than expected and the lounge at Changi was so nice. I’m trying to replicate the same trip later this year. Singapore air is also cheaper than United which I found interesting.
I love United Polaris / Air Canada Signature and am basically trying to not ruin them for myself lol
Do not take SQ (or middle Eastern carriers as people have pointed out above) if you’d like to continue enjoying Polaris / Signature
