I have been terminated from my previous company for cause of travel bills submission for two consecutive times, which was a mistake due to frequent travel busy schedule. Can the future company make me sack in event even after I open the cause at the earliest time of interview??? Please tell me correct am in doubt

I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
