I have been working at RBC since 4yrs in advice center/ call center. Worked my way up by concentrated calls in credit and now in investments. I have great application, probing and escalation skills and I am highly motivated to improve my skills in portfolio analysis, and management. All the advice given by managers is to transition into branch roles, but I am looking to move into National office roles or work for another firm at Morgan Stanley JPMorgan Chase Wells Fargo

I am presently working as a Research Analyst (MBA 1.5 YoE) with EY GDS and I wish to work in HR or Talent function. What should I do to switch into those roles.
