Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Imo, service at every lender will lack to some degree after rate lock/signed letter of intent. I just went with an online lender (Ally) as it’s really easy to track everything on the online dashboard + the greater amount of credits provided towards my closing, since they run more lean to traditional brick and mortar lenders

Better was almost late on mine. They sold the loan before I even closed. Personally, I wouldn’t use it.
Deals change everyday. Did you get them both on the same day?

Use their agent to get some money back too
Used Better to refinance twice and everything went smoothly. Can’t comment on using them when buying a home though (I know things are more time sensitive when buying)
Used better for a refinance, was super smooth and they were always responsive.
Definitely go with a local lender. For time sensitive stuff the online brokers could screw you.
Used better.com for a refinance and it went very smoothly (closed early too).
