I have created many end to end Python based AI ML products with Streamlit/Flask with Jinja2 based fronends, so that our team has some good products to show our capability to the client visits. I have shown them to my manager and he appreciates them and keeps telling me that we will showcase this product to our Industry Principal. But he never actually allows me to show the projects to anyone.

Every-time he tells that senior is very busy, his calendar is not free etc etc. I’m so frustrated.
