I have e-signed and reviewed the offer related documents in Accenture workday, but still the status is Interview completed, How can i get to know it is accepted?

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
