I have exec platinum on AA earned almost entirely through the credit card and shopping portal, but want to switch to either United or delta. Have you had good experiences with Delta or United to gain status via shopping portal or credit card and a few trips on partner airlines year? I have Amex platinum and chase sapphire preferred/freedom unlimited and I’m going to downgrade my citi AA platinum Mastercard for delta or United. Ty in advance!

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.
