As a result of #metoo, it was revealed that now a lot of male supervisors and councillors are refusing to train/guide their female juniors. Most of them don't want the hassle of being accused of sexual harassment.

Did you have fun at the Halloween party?
There were people of color hired that they showed during the townhall. I'm coming from an agency that only had 1 creative Black person. In fact, this company has the most Black people I've ever seen in my entire career. So was happy to see that! Also, for a company so large, I look for the personal in my team/department and agency within the network. It's great to see what the other agencies are doing because I'm busy otherwise.
This. ^^^^ I worked at Publicis during the whole Black Lives Matter thing thing and across the ENTIRE freaking company, there were a handful of Black people apart from facilities and diversity officers. At FCBNY, just within the few teams I have worked on, I’ve collaborated with multiple BIPOC. And IPG is a smaller company than Publicis in terms of total worldwide employees. Publicis had a serious diversity problem (especially Black people) when I left. Idk if it’s improved since the BLM protests. It’s very reassuring to see how many Black people work and are hired at the company.

The town halls lately have been more of the higher ups I think because of our transition to IPG Health. However before that, we would hear from a mix of people across different levels and teams. Hopefully that will come back in future town halls!
