I have five offer letters, I shortlisted and keeping top 2 which is from TCS and PWC. I informed Accenture, Wipro and Capgemini that I can't make to join them.
Now, I decided that I will join PWC due to more compensation, permanent WFH and regular shifts most of the times and keeping TCS as in backup. But TCS Manager doing regular followups with me every 2 weeks, that hope ur joining date is this, and no changes. Can you join early etc etc.
What should I do in this situation, will TCS blacklist.
