Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic. Since working in Wealth Management the most consistent advice I’ve received is “Don’t burn bridges” because apparently in WM people firm hop all the time, so you are likely to work with them again at some point.

Anyone feel as if it’s hard to stay with a company when you’re the only one of color? (&young) I’ve work for 3 companies in past 5 years and have yet to make meaningful colleague relationships. I just do not relate to the conversation and just find it hard to picture myself being a long-term employee. I’ve had better relationships when working at wal-mart when I was in college. I feel it takes away some of the joy of having to go to work.
