I have given 2 rounds of interviews at Deloitte last week post which I am ghosted now, the recruiter is not responding to calls and emails. The interviews went well and I have just a week left for my LWD so had expectations. She contacted me and set up the interviews and I don’t see any application in Deloitte Career portal. How should I move forward to know the status of the interviews I gave? How much time is generally taken by HR to inform the interview results? Deloitte Deloitte USI

3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
