I have given 6 interviews so far, made it two round for 2 of them. I rejected one, the other hasn't sent me an update yet. With this little or lot (?) of experience with hiring processes I have realised that if they don't come back to the very next day it's a reject.

I have so so so many things to complain about the hiring processes and I need to know if its me alone blaming it outwards or it is a broken system. [Rant in comments]

I am a visually impaired practitioner in South Africa, with 7 years of experience, and as soon as recruiters or business owners hear/read that I'm disabled, the conversation gets awkward and I never hear from them again.
