I have given interview for the post of Experience Engineer L2 (Frontend Developer - React) - 3yoe - Publicis Sapient.

1st round - React - 14th June (F2F - Office)
2nd round - HTML, CSS, JS - 26th June
3rd round - Managerial - 30th June

HR said my notice period is a concern for them. My LWD is Sept 5. Still 40 days to go.

Still didn't receive anything from HR. It's July 26th already. How many days will it take to get the offer?

What can I do now?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

I think I did a mistake , I tried applying for companies and dont get any calls, got two calls but both of them rejected even before taking an interview that they want immediate joiners , market was ok so I resigned and the hiring got freezed its been 45 days since , but I still dont have an offer dint just got two interviews till now I am trying to get referals , applying in naukri, LinkedIn getting referrals from fish bowl everyday and I am scared now hope I get atleast one offer😔😔
