I have got an offer for Senior product specialist in T3.2 level and i am not clear about the below components in Total fixed Pay.
1. Superannuation (optional) has amount equal to 15% of basic salary. If we dont require this, does that mean that we dont get the listed amount in monthly salary?
2. Benefit allowance

Additionally there are these components mentioned:-
1. FlexBen
2. OwnSAP
3. Relocation - Do we get the full amount or is it on actuals on the receipt.
4. Higher education
