Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

Any recommendation on interesting wfh accessories. Other than keyboard mouse table chair.

What has your experience been with wfh? Do you prefer hybrid, rto or permanent remote? For those of you who are permanent remote and living in subs, do you miss the nightlife/weekend plans made in bigger cities like hyd or b’lore?

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

What is the average salary for an Account Manager position? For context, the agency is 100% remote and doesn’t base salary based on the employee’s location. Was originally told $80k but was then informed the recruiter made a mistake and that it will likely be mid-70s at the highest.
