I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

Yes u can grow in technical too.. level 8 has good amount technical scope too.
I hv not experienced good wlb in Accenture. And am leavjng b4 one year. But it may depend on project.

After joining Accenture, u will start finding managerial role interesting because u will have the opportunity to suck ur juniors soul and blood.. the more u steal credits from them , the more politics u play, the more favorism u start towards ur one employee... The more rewards and promotions u receive.. that's Accenture culture.. good luck manager
I am SAP consultant, 7YOE, offered level 8 Associate manager, in ACCENTURE ACTE, Can any1 tell what actually I will be doing on daily basis? I m interested in SAP rather than managing people and comparing them for performance appraisal.
