Both are very inclusive companies and stable companies. You won't face such situations due to recession or due to discrimination even if you come in at higher salaries. Never seen a single person in my extended team got a thrown due to discrimination and I have been here for approx 7 years now. And trust me the salary both these companies pay are peanuts compared to what they charge to clients so no such recession is gonna affect your job stability.
