Dont do that. Absconding is not possible as you will become unemployable due to Pf records. Once new employer find two pf records at same time, they will consider it a case of dual employment and will reject you in BGV. So dont ruin your career for small gains. You will get many opportunities in your career. But if you abscond then you are done.
So either ask your new employer to wait for 3 months to serve notice period or stay in hcl for 1 year and then try for switch
You can try. But i dont think it will work. Even if it takes 1 month for client account creation, they can still get your billing for 2 months. And how can they say no to client? Client needs resource now and they cant simply take more time by replacing you.
Also your relationships are strictly professional. Manager wont do anything even if you have good relationships. You are not that important to your manager than his own job and client acquisition. If he leaves you, some other consultancy will provide candidate and hcl will loose its business. If they keep you, then after 3 months, they can easily give internal replacement for you and retain their business.
Chief
There are 2 ways of doing it.
Talk to your RM and ask him to release you and resign. No point in keeping your whole 3 months for them.
So you just work in the system for 2 days.
Else simply abscond. Ask the RM to mark you as no show and close your employment with hcl
Manager is ready to give me an immediate release .HR asked me to apply for an exit in the HCl portal but i am yet to receive the login credentials
I'm currently in a similar situation; my post-BGV status is still showing red, and I've received a better offer from another company. I'm unsure how to proceed from here.
I am thinking of exiting as well. After reading so many comments I am not sure if I should go through this headache
What happened ? Was the induction so bad ?
I have no issues with induction.I received a better offer that is advantageous both in terms of compensation and learning opportunities.
No issues, you speak with your RM and tell him that you wish to exit from the company and you are going to submit resignation.
Also ask him to approve immediate release as there is no dependency on you being new resource.
Then go to iOffboard portal and initiate your EMS.
In case if you aren't released early, try to check if other company pays for buyout or if you are willing to risk from your pocket.
@Author how much buyout has been asked from you? And have you paid it out?
Bhai achank chor rhe ho koi aur offer hai kya ? Aur kitne din bad offer aaya ?
Bro I don't get it.can you please say it in english
When you received the offer letter how much time they taken
Two weeks after HR round ?
what happened in one day?
assuming you are getting a better offer, then why did you not wait for it in the first place before joining?
as you have joined it, now accept it as your destiny or
put ems in the tool and take proper exit and ask future companies to wait for 1-3 months depending upon the release from the manager/hr.
Now login to my hcl ioffboard portal and initiate exit, ( though not recommended unless you are joining better firm than hcl.)
you will get released in one week, considering the current scenario.
Bro, before joining day when HR connect with you.
My joining is on 7 oct. But no response from any of Hr.
Hiw much time it takes to complete the bgv process.
