New member plays similar role as me. Team lead rolls off project and replaces new member as team lead. Is it wrong to feel like I should have that role? My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed.
