I have never felt this disappointed with my company since joining this department. I was quite sick this week with a bad cold and cough. Since we’re required to go into the office every Friday, I asked in advance if I could work from home so I wouldn’t risk making others sick, but the answer was no. Ironically, once I arrived and was visibly unwell and coughing, I was sent home right away. It felt frustrating to commute an hour. Was it disbelief or my manager was just being bossy?

What's the best way to gain visibility by those holding 3-4 positions higher than you? I like learning from them and growing mentorships but can't break the AE-level wall with my responsibilities. Being remote also makes it harder to interact.

Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.
