I have worked with Accenture India folks. I think it’s a very good learning opportunity. They work a lot and spend lot of time in training also. If you are young and ready for some exposure of different clients at one site , this could be your thing. Don’t stay for more than 2 years. Within 2 years you’ll have enough knowledge and skill set to explore lucrative opportunities.
Please take the McKinsey offer lol. If you're willing to work and travel a ton for a few years at least. Much better ROI on your time in the long run, having the brand on your resume will be great for future job prospects and you'll learn a lot.
Assuming this is the consulting track
Thanks for your response....
for which position? I think you can better assess it for yourself. Think about the pros and the cons like location and cost of living since you said they offer the same package.
Same package, how? Based on location and cost of living will vastly vary. However in terms of work what is the role? McKinsey has different appeal compared to accenture even if it’s strategy work
In accenture technical architect manager and in mckinsys its senior business analyst.
Ao I am quite confused.
Take the one you think is more relevant to you they are totally different roles tech arch vs business analyst . If you are asking just for monetary purpose then same package with Accenture India .
