About to sign on with a new consulting firm, and their onboarding documentation wants me to sign a non-compete which prevents me from joining another firm that does Salesforce work for 12 months after the end of this role... Is that normal? Having a hard time believing that's ok. Coming in as an SC, if that makes any difference. Anyone with experience on this?

I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms.
