I have offer from LTM Noida.

Currently in TCS as C2 with 14.3 LPA. Should i switch to LTM considering there are many negative reviews about LTM in glasdoor/fishbowl OR try to get retained in tcs.

1 Question, should i try talking to my pm for retention after putting the papers or before putting the papers.
