What is project specific BGC in TCS?
Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

How much % hike u r getting then previous one i feel it's low package but depends on current company package too.job security is there but ur package is less try to get 45-50 lpa fixed with these tech stack try for product base
EY easily gives 60L fixed for 15 YoE in Java
I m getting 34.5 fixed in 8.8 yoe .depends on company. these mnc nd big 4 can't give u .only product base company can give u .better to apply on tech company like Salesforce ,nvidia, but these days opening r less hardly to get selected for interview as I m also not getting opportunity only call from either low budget company but they had max budget of 40 lpa ctc where there ll be variable part but still I m giving interview to just prepare if any good product base opportunity to get interviewd.I ll be fully prepared
